Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos as proof.

Missing Items:
If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

After verification, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product is used, opened, or not in its original packaging.

  • Request is made after the specified reporting time.

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer.

  • Personal dislike or change of mind after delivery.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.

  • The product must be unused and returned with original packaging, labels, and invoice.

  • Karma Roots reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have delivered a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
