Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Karma Roots, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

a. Before Shipment

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible at payalbaljeetrajput@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation.

b. After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • In such cases, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our return policy (see below).

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

a. Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

b. Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at payalbaljeetrajput@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at payalbaljeetrajput@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
